Here at Sheldon Homes we are delighted to announce that we have been able to reserve a plot within the new Whitefriars development. Although they haven’t yet gone on the market, we have secured ourselves a plot in the exclusive gated development located less than a five-minute walk from Ashtead High Street.
The development consists of four lots of two-bedroom apartments converted from the existing house and four brand new houses built within the garden. We are very excited about this development having seen the original house and grounds and the impeccable buildings they are going to be transformed into. We are currently aiming for first occupation in early 2020.
