Sheldon Homes are please to announce that we have been instrumental in helping land owners of a former nursery in West Sussex with the development and sale of their land.
Working closely with the local authority and with a bucketful of perseverance we helped obtain a planning consent for 43 homes on the site of the nursery (which had been closed since early 2000s). The land was then sold to Antler Homes for them to build and develop the land.
The family who owned the nursery were delighted with the final outcome!!
