About Us

Stacey Sheldon

Stacey was bought up in the construction business and on leaving school joined his father in his company specializing in property renovation and extensions. He learnt construction from the ground up and spent his formative years on site working in all aspects of building, learning all the necessary skills to give him the experience to establish Sheldon Homes over 11 years ago.

The early years of Sheldon Homes was predominantly developing in Ashtead and the immediate area and he quickly created a reputation for building high specification good quality housing. To date, he has built 20 houses and carried out a number of refurbishments. Despite, the challenges of the recent economic downturn, Stacey remained focused on retaining high standards, delivering the product on time and leaving his clients satisfied with their Sheldon home. This approach enabled Stacey to grow the business at a time when many others floundered and to establish Sheldon Homes in new and exciting areas. This ambition lead to Stacey inviting Bill to become a partner in the business.

Stacey is 38 and is married to Emma.

Bill Wilcox

Bill has worked in property for 23 years. He started in Estate Agency in the late ’80s before joining Swanhill Homes (formally Higgs & Hill) in the early ‘90s.
